Jimmie Dale Gilmore w/Colin Gilmore
Fresh off The Flatlanders' recent 40th Anniversary tour stop in Chicago, Jimmie Dale Gilmore returns to town, performing the progressive, alternative country music that he and fellow band members Butch Hancock and Joe Ely first introduced in 1973. As a solo artist, Rolling Stone named Gilmore "Country Artist of the Year" two years straight and he received a Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Folk Artist. He is joined at City Winery Chicago by his son, singer-songwriter Colin Gilmore.
