Midlife crises are a normal event for many forty-plus American males, and Alex (Bill Macy) seems no different from the average. He is going through a very difficult time. When Alex (William H. Macy) confesses to a shrink (John Ritter) that he kills people for a living, he honestly doesn't know why he's visiting a psychiatrist.
