Discovered at age 3 while attending a production of The Caucasian Chalk Circle by a director who noticed his intense concentration. Mother accompanied him on set for all his projects until he began filming the TV series Skins when he was 17. Visited slums in the Kenyan city of Nairobi in 2010 to raise awareness about poverty as part of Christian Aid Week.
