Kresge Theatre, College of Fine Arts, Carnegie Mellon University

Founded in 1905, Carnegie Mellon’s College Of Fine Arts (CFA) offers conservatory and studio-based training, which leads to professional degrees in architeture, art, design, drama and/or music. The College Of Fine Arts was also the first school in the nation to award a degree in drama. The building was constructed between 1911 and 1916 in a Beaux Arts-style. Facilities within the building include the Kresge Recital Hall and Alumni Concert Hall.
